Dazzel Space offers multiple online and offline payment options to make your interior purchase hassle-free

1. Online Payments

Every quotation shared with you will include an online payment link. The payment is processed through a secure gateway and you can use it pay through all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and wallets.

If you prefer a bank/wire transfer, contact us for payment details.

2. Offline payments

To opt for this method, speak to us. You can transfer into our account with a bank or issue a cheque / draft. All cheques or drafts must be in the favour of Dazzel Spaces LLP

Transactions on this website and the links shared with you are processed through secure and Payment card industry compliant payment gateways, ensuring the highest standards of data protection. All payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with global information security standards to safeguard your personal and financial details.

Payment terms for a project

Project and order : A project refers to design undertaking for a single space (commercial or home). Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for services such as civil work). Payments are processed on an order level.

Execution milestones for an order

Mentioned below are the types of orders and pre-defined execution milestones for a clear picture of your payment schedule. At the execution milestone, 40% – 50% of the work in terms of the order value, is completed. Once the order reaches this milestone, the balance 60% payment is due.

1. Booking Fee

This amount confirms the client’s intent to proceed and allows Dazzel Spaces to begin requirement discussions, site understanding, layout planning, design direction, and initial project coordination. You can book your interior project by paying a booking fee which is charged at 6% of the final quote or Rs.25,000 and (whichever is higher). The booking fee is adjusted against future orders. If the scope of your project increases significantly, you may be required to pay 6% for the new scope before design can begin.

 
2. Design & Order Confirmation — Cumulative 60%

Once the design direction, scope of work, material selection, and final Bill of Quantities are approved, the client is required to make an additional payment so that the total amount paid reaches 60% of the final approved project value.

This milestone confirms the order and enables Dazzel Spaces to begin detailed drawings, vendor planning, procurement preparation, production coordination, and execution scheduling.

No procurement, production, or major execution work will begin until this milestone payment is completed.

 
3. Execution Milestone — Balance 40%

The remaining 40% balance will be payable at the execution milestone, depending on the nature and progress of work.

This may apply when:

The exact execution milestone will be defined in the project agreement based on the type of work involved.

 
4. Final Installation & Handover

All balance payments must be cleared before final product delivery, installation completion, finishing work, styling, and handover.

Final handover will be completed only after payment clearance, completion checks, and closure of approved scope.

5. Additional Scope & Variations

Any work outside the approved scope will be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 100% cash refund of the booking fee may be provided if the client cancels within 72 hours of paying the booking amount, provided no site visit, design work, measurement, procurement, or project activity has begun.

After 72 hours, the booking amount may be adjusted as credit against future Dazzel Spaces services, subject to approval and validity terms.

Once site measurement, design work, procurement, production, or execution has started, the booking amount and milestone payments will not be refundable, as professional time, resources, vendor planning, and project commitments would have already been initiated.

In case of project cancellation after 60% payment, we are unable to refund any money as cash or credits.

Taxes & Transaction Charges

All project values are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the quotation.

Any payment gateway, bank, credit card, or convenience charges, if applicable, will be borne by the client and are non-refundable.

Payment Delays

Project timelines depend on timely approvals and milestone payments. Any delay in payment may affect design progress, procurement, production, dispatch, site execution, installation, or handover timelines.

Dazzel Spaces will proceed to the next stage only after the relevant milestone payment is received.
